Our Origin
Our beans grow slowly at 1,500–2,100m in the mid-hills of Gulmi and Syangja, shaded by the Himalaya. Cool nights concentrate sugars in every cherry — we hand-pick, sun-dry and roast in Kathmandu within days of harvest.
